This involves many layers of in-depth analysis including the analysis of financial statements, forecasting future revenue, profit and cash flow streams, key profit margin drivers and risks, balance sheet assessment, as well as management interviews and on-site visits.
We then produce a comprehensive, well researched report which would endeavour to answer key questions such as:
- What are the projected cash flows of this investment for the next 5 to 10 years?
- Or if pro forma cash flows have been provided, an assessment if these are realistic and robust?
- How does this investment’s financial and quantitative assessment compare to its peers in the region and globally in terms of financial valuation and business performance?
- Political/governmental/tax and social environment impact of/on this investment
